3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Coffee Processing Clients

  • Provide coffee beans that meet our quality standards
  • Ensure proper documentation for all coffee deliveries
  • Make timely payments as per agreed terms
  • Comply with all applicable regulations and certifications
  • Provide accurate information about coffee origin and processing requirements

3.2 Digital Marketing Clients

  • Provide necessary access to digital platforms and accounts
  • Supply accurate business information and marketing materials
  • Review and approve marketing content in a timely manner
  • Maintain compliance with platform policies and regulations
  • Provide feedback and communication as required for campaign optimization

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Coffee processing services: Payment due within 30 days of service completion
  • Digital marketing services: Monthly payments due in advance
  • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in service agreements
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
  • Payment methods include bank transfer, check, and approved digital payment platforms

5. Quality Assurance

9. Termination

Service agreements may be terminated:

  • By either party with 30 days written notice
  • Immediately for material breach of terms
  • Upon completion of agreed services
  • For non-payment after appropriate notice
  • Final deliverables and payments will be settled upon termination

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through:

  • Mediation if direct negotiation fails
  • Arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act
  • Jurisdiction: Courts in Kodagu, Karnataka, India
  • Governing law: Laws of India
